According to the fire official, a call to the Delhi Fire Service was made around 9 am and fire-tenders were rushed to the spot. When in the morning, the two sisters went to give the tea and switched on the light a spark led to the fire.At the time of the incident, the father of the girls was not # present inside the unit that has been built in a 25bigha land. It is learnt that the two sisters who live nearby had gone to give tea to their father who worked as a labour in the holder-manufacturing unit.  According to the police, the two minor sisters identified as Muskaan, 14, and Payal, 12.When in the morning, the two sisters went to give the tea and switched on the light a spark led to the fire. By the time the fire tenders reached the spot, the neighbours had managed to partially douse the fire and shifted girls to neaby hospital, a witness said.
